Potato, parsley and chickweed dip (utilizing the aerial parts of Stellaria media).

Blend the following:

1 cup chickweed

½ cup parsley

2 cloves of garlic

½ diced onion (small)

¼ cup of lemon juice ( with a drizzle of lime optional)

1 cup water

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil (or substitute)

I boiled potato deskinned.
